Volunteering Shifts at Time Trials

Hello Shark Families,
Please read this important information about Volunteering at our Sharks Time Trials.
It is your family's responsibility to be at your assigned area before your shift starts. See the attached spreadsheet for volunteer shifts as well as the on-call list. If you are unable to work the shift, it is your responsibility to find a replacement or your $250 deposit check will be cashed. You may reach out to the parents from the On-Call list. Please email me and let me know who will be working your shift before Friday night at 8:00 PM.
If your family is on the On-Call Volunteer List, it is our understanding that your family has a swimmer participating at Time Trials, but you have not been assigned a shift yet.
All volunteers AND On-Call Volunteers must check in by 8:30 AM at the registration table on Saturday morning.
Set-Up and Clean-Up Volunteers: Due to possible rain on Friday and Saturday, you will be contacted by Set-Up Lead, Morty Frey for set-up timing.
Timers and Recorders:
Please arrive to the timing side of the pool and sit in a chair by 8:50 AM.
Thank you, Kitchen Volunteers: Please arrive 5 minutes before your assigned shift. You may be contacted by the Snack Shack leads with specific instructions regarding your shift and responsibilities.
