Hello Sharks Families and Friends!

Here are your news and notes for the week of May 27. Please be sure to take time to read all of the below.

Thank you to the Chivakula Family for hosting Friday Fun Day! We are looking for volunteers to help host the ice cream social on June 1 following our dual meet with the Pinehurst Piranhas. Please see Katie on deck for more information.

Please join us today at the pool for the annual Memorial Day BBQ!

Parking Lot

Please park when dropping off or picking-up your swimmer(s) - do not just pull up to near pool entrance and black traffic. This ties up traffic on Shadow Brook and greatly upsets your fellow Sharks families and our surrounding neighbors. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dual Meet at Pinehurst Piranhas - Saturday, June 1

Attendance for our Dual Meet with Pinehurst must be completed by TODAY at 5:00 PM at: 2019 Sharks Attendance.

When signed into your account, please click the green “Meet Entry” button next to AWAY at Pinehurst Dual Meet

Select from the drop down box if your swimmer(s) will or will not be attending AWAY at Pinehurst Dual Meet

If special notes are needed, please provide in the “Notes to Coach” section

If you already know your schedule for the summer, please feel free to mark your attendance for every Dual Meet and Champs

Volunteer assignments for this June 1 meet will be sent separately. Please be on the look out for your assigned shift.

Swimsuits and caps. When competing, your swimmer should only be wearing Sharks or generic suits and caps. No suits or caps with any other club or high school team or name lettering. And please, no rash guards.

Swimmer's Ribbons

If your swimmer does not want to receive Participation or Personal Best Ribbon(s) (Shark Kash will still be awarded, just without the ribbon), please provide the requested information at: Ribbon Recognition Withdraw Form. Please note, Personal Best Ribbons and Shark Kash will be awarded following our Dual Meet on June 8 and will be based on your times from our Dual Meet on June 1, not Time Trials.

Private Lessons with Sharks Coaches

A separate email will be forthcoming with how to sign-up your swimmer with a Sharks coach for private lessons this summer. Sign-ups (via email only) will begin at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 29.

Apparel and Caps

For those who placed an apparel order or swim cap order, your items are now available for pick-up. Please see Deanna for assistance with apparel. Please find Katie on deck for assistance with caps.
