Hello Sharks Families!

Calling all parents!!! We are in need of a sleepover coordinator (or co-coordinators) to help make this year's sleepover on June 22 a success! If no one steps forward by Thursday, June 13, we will be replacing the annual sleepover with a late over that will end around 10 PM on Saturday, June 22. Please see the description below.

We are in search of a Sleepover Coordinator(s) for the annual Sharks Sleepover on Saturday. June 22. This is a fun event and it's even more fun to do with a friend or two!

Duties include:

  *Sending out sleepover form & contract to all families

  *Collecting money and names for all those sleeping over, eating dinner, breakfast etc

  *Ordering pizza, coffee, donuts ahead of time 

  *Buying salad, s’mores stuff, drinks, breakfast items

Coordinating volunteers for:

  *Movie set up & break down (Matt Tenczar)

  *Dinner set up, service, & clean up

  *Breakfast set up, service, & clean up

  *Coffee & Donut delivery Sunday morning

  *S’Mores purchase, set up, service & clean up

  *Night watch - approx. 8 parents over night in 2 hour shifts

We can provide guidance from previous years and have editable sleepover forms and notes from prior years detailing food purchases and orders.
