Next week is Spirit Week and we have many great activities planned. Please be sure to take note of all of the below - especially as practice times are different every day next week (July 8 - 12).

We need your help to make every day of Spirit Week a success! Please sign-up for as many shifts as your calendar allows at: Spirit Week Volunteers

Monday, July 8

Dress like your coach day

Pancake breakfast following each practice

Practice times are as follows:

11 & Up: 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM

10 & Under: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Evening Practice is scheduled as normal

Tuesday, July 9

Nail Painting and Car Decorating following each practice

Practice times are as follows:

6:45 AM - 8:15 AM: 13 years and up
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: 11/12 year olds
8:45 AM - 9:35 AM: 9/10 year olds
9:30 AM - 10:15 AM: 8 years and under

Wednesday, July 10

Face Painting & Sharks Tattoos following each practice

Practice times are as follows:

6:45 AM - 8:15 AM: 13 years and up
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: 11/12 year olds
8:45 AM - 9:35 AM: 9/10 year olds
9:30 AM - 10:15 AM: 8 years and under

Friday, July 12

2019 King/Queen, Prince/Princess Revealed

Annual Hair Dying/Head Shaving for our swimmers

Practice times for the final workout of the season:

10 & Under: 8:00 am - 9:00 am

11 & Up: 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Spend the rest of the day indoors and resting!

Movies: Spiderman Far From Home (older swimmers) & Toy Story 4 (younger swimmers) - More details to come

Saturday, July 13

Champs at College of San Mateo

ALL Swimmers MUST arrive by 7:00 AM

Please be sure to check out the Cabana League CHAMPS website for the details (directions to the venue, parking, Sharks tent area, etc.).  All the information you need is on this website!

Sunday, July 14

Awards Night!

Dinner orders are due Wednesday, July 10 at 4:00 PM

The evening begins at 4:45 pm. Please leave all swim gear at home and come enjoy an evening of celebration.

We need tables and clean-up helpers. Please contact Lauren at [email protected] for more information.

Please note: Only those families who are on the set-up and clean-up committees can reserve tables for Awards Night.
