End of Season Gifts for Coaches & Parent Reps

Dear Sharks Families,
The swim team season is quickly coming to a close, and as such, we need to show our appreciation for our amazing coaches (Kyle, Jake, Amanda, Jillian and Albert) and tireless parent representatives (Staci Tenczar and Katie Ciciarelli) for all their hard work and dedication. It has been a great season and none of it could have been possible without their commitment to our team.
Beginning tomorrow (July 9), you will find 8 envelopes - one with each name noted above, and one with “single amount/check with instructions” in the “McAnear” family folder. Please contribute as you see fit. There are three different ways you can make a contribution - please see all instructions below.
Contributions by PayPal
If you are making your contribution by PayPal, please indicate how you'd like your contribution distributed in the on-line notes section. Please send money via the friends/family option to: [email protected]
Contributions by cash
If you are making your contribution by cash, place the money in each person’s envelope. If you have only larger bills, you may also place the full amount in the “single amount/check with instructions” envelope and include instructions on how you’d like it divided. I will separate it as you indicate.
Contributions by check
If you write a check, please make it payable to “Deanna McAnear” and specify the amount you would like designated to each person, and place in the “single amount/check” envelope. If there are no instructions, I will split your amount evenly between the 5 coaches and 2 parent reps.
Please place all contributions in the envelopes in my "McAnear" family file. ALL Contributions by check and PayPal need to be received NO LATER THAN 11 AM Friday, July 12th. Cash contributions will be accepted up until the Awards ceremony; however, if you bring them after the Friday 11 AM deadline, your contribution must be IN CASH and in the increments by which you’d like them divided so I can easily add them to their gifts.
In addition, there will be Thank You cards in the “McAnear” family folder for you to sign. Please be sure to keep the cards dry when signing. :-)
During Awards night on Sunday July 14th, we will present the coaches and parent representative volunteers with our gifts. If you have any specific ideas on gifts, please let me know. We have learned in past years that cash is the most appreciated. If that continues to be the consensus, we will convert all checks and cash into large bills for their gifts.
I realize we are late in getting this out to you, so we appreciate your prompt response in taking care of this by the Friday deadline, and appreciate any gifts you are able to give to our coaches and parent representatives!
