Practice times for tomorrow, July 9, are as follows: 

6:45 AM - 8:15 AM: 13 years and up 

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: 11/12 year olds 

8:45 AM - 9:35 AM: 9/10 year olds 

9:30 AM - 10:15 AM: 8 years and under
