Hello Sharks Families and Friends,

All of the information you need for this Saturday's Cabana League Championship Meet at the College of San Mateo can be found below as well as in the Champs dedicated website at: Cabana League CHAMPS. Please read through everything carefully as it contains important tips, timeline information and maps of the College of San Mateo facility (including Tent City) that are crucial for a successful day for you and your swimmer(s). Warm-Ups

ALL Swimmers must arrive by 7:00 AM.  This meet is pre-seeded, no registration check-in is required.

Team warm-ups will begin at 7:30 AM and we are warming up in lanes 12 to 14:
7:30 am - 7:50 am: 9/10 & 11/12

7:50 am - 8:20 am: 13/14 & 15-18

8:20 am - 8:30 am: 8 & unders

Champs Volunteers

Attached is the final volunteer assignments for Champs. There is NO on-call list available for this meet. If you do not fulfill your Champs volunteer shift(s), your $250 volunteer deposit will be immediately cashed.

Crossgates has requested that all of our volunteers check in for their volunteer shift prior to the start of the meet. Volunteer check-in is next to the first aid tent on the pool deck.

Important - If you are assigned to a last shift of the day starting at 3:15 PM or later and your shift ends before 5:00 PM, please report to the volunteer check-in table to see if your assistance is required for clean-up.

WE’D LIKE EVERYONE TO STAY AND CHEER ON OUR TEAM AND BE PRESENT FOR THE TROPHY PRESENTATION FOLLOWING THE FINAL FREESTYLE RELAY.
