Time Trials is Saturday, May 21! - Details & Scratches
Hello Sharks Families!
We are very excited to host Time Trials this weekend. Please see all of the important meet information below. Detailed information about Time Trials can be found in the attached pdf ("Time Trial Info May 21"). Please be sure to mark your swimmer's attendance by Wednesday, May 18 at 5:00 PM.
Time Trials is Saturday, May 21!
Pool gates open at 8:00 AM with warm-ups beginning at 8:15 AM
All swimmers must be registered (checked in) no later than 8:45 AM
Meet is set to begin at 9:00 AM (& will not include relays)
The detailed timeline is as follows:
| 8:00 AM | Gate opens & families can begin setting up their pop-ups on the large grass area. Please, no tarps on the grass. |
| 8:00 - 8:45 AM | Swimmers must check-in at the registration tables (located near the front gate of the pool) no later than 8:45 AM. Swimmers check-in by writing their initials next to their name and confirm their events by circling their event numbers. |

| 9:00 AM | Meet begins |
Order of strokes: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle
Our hope is to have this time trial meet completed by 12:00 PM, if not earlier.
Scratches for Time Trials are due by Wednesday, May 18 at 5:00 PM
Attendance for every meet can now be done on-line at: 2022 Sharks Scratches
You must indicate your swimmer’s attendance for every meet
- When signed into your account, please click the green “Meet Entry” button next to Time Trials
- Select from the drop down box if your swimmer(s) will or will not be attending Time Trials
- If special notes are needed, please provide in the “Notes to Coach” section
- If you already know your schedule for the summer, please mark your attendance for every Dual Meet & Champs (to see all of the meets, please select “view all”)
