Hello Shark Families,

Please read the important information below about volunteering at Time Trials this Saturday, May 21.

It is your family's responsibility to be at your assigned area before your shift starts. If you signed up for a shift and your swimmer is no longer swimming at Time Trails or you are unable to work your shift, it is YOUR responsibility find a replacement or your $250 deposit check will be cashed. See the attached spreadsheets for volunteer shifts as well as the On-Call list.

If you are unable to work your shift, contact the parents from the On-Call list. Please email me and let me know who will be working your shift before Friday night at 8:00 PM. If your family is on the On-Call Volunteer List, it is our understanding that your family has a swimmer participating in Time Trials but you have not been assigned a shift yet. All volunteers AND On-Call Volunteers must check in by 8:00 AM at the registration table on Saturday morning.
