Dual Meet Information. Swimmers to arrive by 7:00 AM!! (HOME vs Xgates Gators - June 18)

Hello Sharks Families,

Below is some helpful information for our upcoming dual meet against the Crossgates Gators this Saturday, June 18.


Fun Friday - June 17

The swimmers will now be treated to a fresh pastry after their morning practice and we love supporting Mary and her team at Maple Leaf Donuts. Several parents have asked to help host, if this is of interest to you please reach out to us at: [email protected].

Our Dual Meet at Shadow Brook on Saturday, June 18

On the morning of HOME meets, swimmers MUST arrive by 7:00 AM.

The timeline for this meet is as follows:

Saturday, June 18:

Gates open: 6:45 AM

Registration: 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM

Warm-ups: 7:15 AM - 7:30 AM, 12 & Under

Warm-ups: 7:30 - 7:45 AM, 13 & Up

Meet begins: 8:30 AM (as this is our last home meet of the season, we will have a Senior Recognition event just after the National Anthem)

As always, swimmers must register before 7:45 AM.

Swimmers may not scratch an event without their coach's approval.


Volunteers. Volunteer assignments will be sent separately. All first shift volunteers must check-in with Marie by 8:00 AM.

Swimsuits and caps. We would appreciate it if your swimmer(s) only wear Sharks or generic suits and caps when competing. Kind reminder, no suits or caps with any other club or high school team name or lettering. And please, no rash guards.

Swimmer's Ribbons. If your swimmer does not want to receive Participation or Personal Best Ribbon(s) (Shark Kash will still be awarded, just without the ribbon), please provide the requested information at: Ribbon Recognition Withdraw Form.

Parent Relays. Remember to bring your suit, we'd love to see both a men's and women's relay at this meet against the Gators.
