Dear Shadow Brook Families,

On Awards Night (Sunday, July 10) there will be a screening of the Annual Sharks Slideshow, but it will not be possible without your help! Please submit any photos or videos that you have of Sharks swimmers from this year and don't forget to take more in the coming weeks. Note that all pictures are appreciated but unfortunately not all can be included.

Instructions

Go to the "Shadow Brook Sharks Pictures 2022" Google Drive folder at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1CPhgZt0dFljvQVESOFAlq2SanutDGakj?usp=sharing

• Open the folder for the event that you have pictures of. Make sure that you are within a sub-folder, please do not upload pictures into the main "Shadow Brook Sharks Pictures 2022" folder. If your pictures do not fit in one of the sub-folders, put them under "Miscellaneous"
• Once in the correct folder, click "New" on the menu on the left. Then click "File upload." Select the files you want to upload and then click "Open." The photos should appear in the folder.
• Repeat the process of uploading files to each of the folders where you want to contribute. If you are in a sub-folder, you can return to the top level folder by clicking the "Shadow Brook Sharks Pictures 2022" heading at the top.

Deadlines

For all files before Champs, the deadline to upload is Monday, July 4th by 7PM.

For Champs, the deadline to upload is Saturday, July 9th by 9PM

Advice

• Please look CRITICALLY at your photos BEFORE you send them.
• Send only your best photos – in focus and you can clearly identify the swimmer / people / context.
• Add the names of the swimmers to the photos, either in the file name or the embedded metadata, so we can make sure everyone is included.
• If you have a large amount of photos, you can deliver them on a memory stick to the pool and put it in the Dworkin Family file with your last name on the stick so we can return it to you. Please email Evan if this is what you wish to do.
• Make sure you're taking pictures of memorable moments or fun situations that you would enjoy watching back over
