Hello Sharks Families, 

Starting TODAY, June 25, at 3:00 pm until Wednesday, June 29 at 5:00 pm, you will have access to sign-up for volunteer shifts at Champs through the SwimTopia website at https://shadowbrooksharks.swimtopia.com/.

We require all families who have swimmers attending Champs to volunteer for at least one shift. If you do not sign up for a shift, your shift will be assigned for you. We will likely need some families to sign up for two shifts. If you would like to volunteer for a second shift, please sign up for only ONE timing shift. 

There are many new shifts at Champs that we do not have during a regular duel meet. Please read through the volunteer descriptions so you are aware of the responsibilities for each shift. 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR END OF MEET SHIFTS - The volunteer shifts scheduled to end at 4:30 pm, may end sooner OR later depending on when the meets finishes. In addition, the clean-up shifts from 4:30-6:30 pm will begin at the conclusion of the meet.

It takes hundreds of volunteers from all six teams to make Champs run smoothly. Thank you in advance for your support!
