Happy 4th of July!

NO practices for any of our Sharks groups!

We wish everyone a very safe and fun 4th of July! Please be sure to join the celebrations at the pool with activities beginning at 8:30 am today (with a FREE T-shirt, donuts & coffee at the Fun Run!). 

Spirit Week - Nail painting on July 5 from 9:00 - 10:30 am!

Our Spirit Week kicks off tomorrow with nail painting on Tuesday, July 5. Our Special Spirit Week Practice Times are as follows -

Tuesday, July 5 - Thursday, July 7:

  7:45 - 9:00 AM (with 15 mins of dryland): 13 & Up

  8:30 - 9:15 AM: 11-12

  9:00 - 9:45 AM: 9-10

  9:45 - 10:15 AM: 7-8

  9:45 - 10:15 AM: 6 & Unders

  NO practice, Monday July 4

Friday, July 8*

  8:00 - 9:00 AM: 12 & Unders

  9:00 - 10:00 AM: 13 & Up

  * Please note, this is a drop-in practice - your swimmer(s) will not be swimming the entire hour.
