Hello Sharks Families!

Our Spirit Week officially begins TODAY (July 5)! We will have nail painting from 9:00 am - 10:30 am on the grass area. Volunteers are always welcome. Please see Jayne or Sally on deck to assist. 

TOMORROW (July 6) is car window decorating from 9:00 - 10:30 am. Show your Sharks spirit and have your car windows decorated! We love seeing all of the Sharks decorated cars while driving to Champs.

Tuesday, July 5 - Thursday, July 7:

  7:45 - 9:00 AM (with 15 mins of dryland): 13 & Up

  8:30 - 9:15 AM: 11-12

  9:00 - 9:45 AM: 9-10

  9:45 - 10:15 AM: 7-8

  9:45 - 10:15 AM: 6 & Unders

Friday at the Movies (July 8):

The coaches always appreciate our swimmers staying inside on the Friday before Champs, keeping them rested and out of the sun. As such, please see the movie information below for July 8:

• For our younger swimmers (12 and under), please RSVP for the newest Minion movie at by 10 am July 6 at: Minion Movie RSVP
• 13 & Over swimmers, please coordinate with your coaches and older teammates
