Hello Sharks Families!

We are excited to announce that Almaden Riptide (a local year-round swim club headed by Coach Kyle) is offering two new Cabana Prep Groups that will practice at their Almaden Golf & Country Club location. The focus of these two groups are for swimmers who want to prepare for the upcoming cabana season. Please see all of the details below.

Location: Almaden Golf & Country Club (6663 Hampton Drive, 95120)

Dates: January 16, 2023 - March 31, 2023

Practice Times:

11 years & Under:  T/W/Th: 4:15 - 5:00 PM

12 years & Over:  M-Th: 5:15 - 6:00 PM

One-time fee of $425 for 11 weeks of swimming plus USA Swimming fee ($87). No volunteer hours are required. Team gear (suits, cap, shirt) will not be provided but can be purchased via Riptide's team store at: teams.tyr.com. Access code is 00395.

The focus of these two groups are for swimmers who want to prepare for Spring or Summer swimming for Cabana. Please note - These practices are not swim lessons; the Cabana Prep Group Swimmers must be able to swim unassisted the length of the pool multiple times without using a lane line or wall for assistance. Please note: These two new groups are for families (or a sibling) new to Almaden Riptide or are not currently enrolled in their 2022-2023 season.
