Scratches for Time Trials are due by Thursday, May 18 at 5:00 PM

Scratch = you  won't be able to attend the meet

Attendance for every meet can now be done on-line at: 2023 Sharks Scratches

You must indicate your swimmer’s attendance for every meet

• When signed into your account, please click the green “Meet Entry” button next to Time Trials
• After selecting the blue "Edit" button, please select from the drop down box if your swimmer(s) will or will not be attending Time Trials ("Not attending this meet" or "Attending this meet")
• If special notes are needed, please provide in the “Notes to Coach” section
• If you already know your schedule for the summer, please mark your attendance for every Dual Meet & Champs (to see all of the meets, please select “View all” in the Upcoming Meets section of the Home Page)

Time Trials is Saturday, May 20!

Pool gates open at 8:00 AM with warm-ups beginning at 8:15 AM

All swimmers must be registered (checked in) no later than 8:45 AM

Meet is set to begin at 9:00 AM (& will not include relays)

The detailed timeline is as follows:

8:00 AM  Gate opens & families can begin setting up their pop-ups on the large grass area. Please, no tarps on the grass.

8:00 - 8:45 AM  Swimmers must check-in at the registration tables (located near the front gate of the pool) no later than 8:45 AM. Swimmers check-in by writing their initials next to their name and confirm their events by circling their event numbers.

8:15 - 8:45 AM  Warm-ups

9:00 AM  Meet begins

Order of strokes: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle.  In most cases, all swimmers aged 8 and over will be swimming all 4 strokes at Time Trials. 

The snack shack will be open with a limited number of items for sale.

Our hope is to have this time trial meet completed by 12:00 PM, if not earlier.
