Hello Sharks Families,

Congratulations on a great win this weekend! We won both the High Point Award as well as the Improved Times Award against the Pinehurst Piranhas. Ribbons and Shark Kash can be found in your family file. Heat winner ribbons are not yet available and the Piranhas are feverishly working to get those ribbons to us. We appreciate your patience. This week we are hosting the Santa Teresa Sea Otters. Please note that scratches are due Tuesday, June 13, by 5 PM. Please see more information below.

Thank you to the Social Committee for hosting the pancake breakfast on June 9! We truly appreciate all of the efforts the Willey & Pries Families put into making a hearty breakfast for all of our swimmers. And it was great seeing so many Sharks on deck for our 1st morning practice of the season and take part in the super fun rubber ducky games too!

Thank you to the Panos Family for the yummy ice cream social on June 10! It was great to have a fun treat while the swimmers celebrated a great day of swimming.

This week, the Social Committee is asking for RSVP's for Raging Waters and Sharks will be on land at Golfland tomorrow (after practice is complete). RSVP TODAY at: GOLFLAND/ RAGING WATERS RSVP. Please note all 14 & Under Sharks MUST have their own supervision tomorrow, June 13, at Golfland.

CHAMPS Shirts! Order by 12 noon June 15!

Order your 2023 Champs T-shirt by 12 noon on Thursday, June 15! Payment due at pick up during Pasta Feed dinner on July 5 ($20/shirt).

Stroke Clinics

The first clinic being offered is Breaststroke on June 13. Spots are limited to the first 20 swimmers that sign-up for each age group (limited to twenty 10 & under swimmers and twenty 11 & up swimmers). No 6 & under swimmers, please. Sign-up sheets can be found in the "Clinics" file in the family files and payment of $20/swimmer (CASH only) is due upon signing up. The next clinic is Butterfly on June 20. Sign-ups will begin for this clinic on June 14.

10 & Unders: 8:10 PM - 8:40 PM

11 & Up: 8:40 PM - 9:10 PM

This weekend, we are HOME vs Santa Teresa Sea Otters. Your swimmer's attendance needs to be completed by Wednesday, June 15 at 5:00 PM at: 2023 Attendance

You must mark your attendance for every meet including Champs in SwimTopia

When signed into your account, please click the green “Meet Entry” button next to Time Trials

Select from the drop down box if your swimmer(s) will or will not be attending Time Trials

If special notes are needed, please provide in the “Notes to Coach” section

If you already know your schedule for the summer, please feel free to mark your attendance for every Dual Meet and Champs

Please click on "My Account" from the drop-down menu under "Welcome" in THE top right corner

Click on your swimmer's name

There, you will find all of their events and times ever swum with Shadow Brook Sharks by clicking on each individual event

Swimmer's Ribbons

If your simmer does not want to receive Participation or Personal Best Ribbon(s) (Shark Kash will still be awarded, just without the ribbon), please provide the requested information at: Ribbon Recognition Withdraw Form.

Evening Practices

Evening practices begin TONIGHT (June 12)! Monday and Thursday night practices are available to our swimmers who cannot attend the morning practices due to work or camps. These Monday & Thursday evening practices will be held June 12 - June 26 with no practice on Thursday, June 29 due to the SJ Giants Baseball outing.
