You are receiving this email as you have yet to declare if your swimmer will be attending this next week's dual meet at Crossgates Gators (June 24 at 1297 Peralta Drive San Jose, CA 95120). Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated as your swimmer's attendance is due by 5:00 pm TODAY, June 13.

Attendance for Dual Meets & Champs

You must mark your attendance for every meet in SwimTopia

Attendance for our Dual Meet at Crossgates must be completed by TODAY, June 13, at: https://shadowbrooksharks. swimtopia.com/calendar-and- meets

When signed into your account, please click the green “Meet Entry” button next to Time Trials

Select from the drop down box if your swimmer(s) will or will not be attending our June 24 Meet at Crossgates Gators

If special notes are needed, please provide in the “Notes to Coach” section

If you already know your schedule for the summer, please feel free to mark your attendance for Champs as well.
