The season is flying by and Champs is only a few weeks away! We encourage you to read everything, keep this info handy for your reference, and to take careful notes of the due dates below.

Champs T-Shirt - Orders Due TOMORROW, June 15!

2023 Champs T-Shirt Orders are due tomorrow, June 15, at 12 noon. Payment and pick-up can be done at the Pasta Feed on July 5 ($20/shirt). We will not be ordering any extra shirts, so please be sure to place your order TODAY!

Champs Program - Orders Due June 25!

The Champs program is a great tool to use on the day to easily find your swimmer’s heat & lane assignments. Along with team pictures, Good Luck Ads, & Meet the Team pages, it’s also a great souvenir for your swimmer to treasure for years to come. If you’d like to order a Champs program ($28/each), you may do so using the following payment options below. The host team, Dolphins, kindly asks that in the comments section asks for everyone to note their name and the team they are with when ordering.

Good Luck & Sponsorship Ads - Due June 19!

Almost every family at the meet will purchase a Champs program - if you have a business, small or otherwise, Sponsorship of our Champs meet with an accompanying ad in the program could offer you quite a bit of exposure within our Cabana community. And if you happen to know a swimmer in the meet (wink, wink) and would like to offer him or her some extra special encouragement, the program offers you the opportunity for a personalized message to help create a special memory.

If either of these opportunities sounds like something you'd like to do, see the attached flyer for more information. Examples of previous year's programs will be available beginning Wednesday, June 14. Good Luck & Sponsorship Ads are due Monday, June 19.

Good Luck Pages - Due June 18!

Good Luck Pages are where parents, grandparents, etc. can offer words of encouragement and support to their swimmers. Messages on the Good Luck Pages are hand-written, should be kept short, using the pens provided and the pages themselves should be kept clean and dry. Good Luck Pages will be available in the kitchen during practice hours beginning Wednesday, June 14. The last day to leave your Good Luck message will be Sunday, June 18. Katie and Valerie will also be on deck this evening (5:30 - 6:30 pm) with the Good Luck Pages.

Notes:

1) Please only use the fine tipped black Sharpie pens found near the pages.

2) As we only have three pages for the whole team, if you’d like to write a lengthier note to your swimmer, Good Luck Ads provide a better opportunity to do so. Programs from previous years show good examples of both.

3) Please stay within the border as writing outside of the border will be cut off.

Sign the Good Luck Pages - Find them in the kitchen or on deck tonight at the WNS (5:30 - 6:30 PM). Please sign by Sunday, June 18 and keep your note short.

Submit a Good Luck Ad or Sponsorship Ad – Orders and artwork are due Monday, June 19. Show your Sharks spirit and place a Good Luck Ad for your swimmer(s)!
