Hello Sharks Families,

Starting TOMORROW, Thursday, June 22, at 9:00am, until Sunday, June 25 at 9:00am, you will have access to sign-up for Champs volunteer shifts through our SwimTopia website at 2023 SB CHAMPS VOLUNTEER SHIFTS

• We require all families who have swimmers attending Champs to volunteer for at least one shift. If you do not sign up for a shift, your shift will be assigned for you.
• We will likely need most families to sign up for two shifts. If you volunteer for a second shift, please sign up for only ONE timing shift.
• There are more than 20 other shifts that are not listed in Swimtopia such as computers, stroke and turn officials etc.. If your family has one of these shifts, please do not sign up for more than one additional shift.
• There are many shifts at Champs that we do not have during a regular duel meet. Please read through the attached volunteer description fact sheet so you are aware of the responsibilities for each shift.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR END OF MEET SHIFTS - The volunteer shifts scheduled to end at 4:30 pm, may end sooner OR later depending on when the meets finishes. In addition, the clean-up shifts will begin at the conclusion of the meet.

It takes hundreds of volunteers from all six teams to make Champs run smoothly. Thank you in advance for your support!
