Dear Sharks Families,

Volunteer sign-ups for time trials and our 5 dual meets will become active WEDNESDAY, MAY 1, at 9:00 AM. Our Sharks Volunteer Job Descriptions provide detailed descriptions of every volunteer shift. Please note, volunteer shifts for Champs will be provided at a later date.

Please read all of the important information below before signing up for your time trails and dual meet volunteer shifts.

• Each family is required to sign-up for at least 1 volunteer shift at time trials and at least 1 volunteer shift at each of our dual meets in which you have a swimmer participating. If needed, you may be asked to volunteer at a meet in which you don't have a swimmer participating. Your family may also be asked to fill a second volunteer shift on day of notice. Please note that we have to fill over 90 volunteer shifts in order to run a home meet. Because of this, several families will likely need to fill two volunteer shifts at our 2 home meets this season.
• In the event a meet has no volunteer shifts available (and your swimmer is participating), your family will be placed on an on-call list should a shift need to be filled last minute.
• Your family may only sign up for 1 timer and 1 recorder shift per meet including time trials.
• Your family is required to sign up for at least 1 snack shack volunteer shift during the season (this includes time trials).
• Your family may only sign up for 1 food pick-up or drop off shift for the season (this includes time trials).
• Please become familiar with the Parent Responsibility section in our Team Handbook. If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer shift or find a replacement, your $300 volunteer check will be cashed.

We will close our job volunteer sign-ups on Wednesday, May 8, at 9:00 AM. Please be sure you have signed up for every meet by that time, and that you've fulfilled the volunteer requirements listed above.

We will begin filling all of the remaining open shifts on May 9 with families who have not yet signed up to volunteer at each meet.

Click on CALENDAR

Scroll through the events to find time trials and the five dual meets

Click on the JOB SIGNUP button. The JOB SIGNUP button will be green and active from May 1 - May 8.

Click SIGN UP FOR JOBS. All adults registered will be listed.

Choose the jobs you want to volunteer for and click SAVE ASSIGNMENTS at the bottom of the page.

Please note, you will NOT be sent an automatic email confirming your shifts.

In the top right-hand corner, click WELCOME

Click on MY ACCOUNT to view your confirmed volunteer shifts.
