Hello Sharks Families!

We hope that your swimmers are enjoying being back in the water! We’re definitely enjoying this sunny weather and seeing everyone back on deck.

We’re emailing, again, with a plea for volunteers. Trust us, we know that this is a big ask and that it can be daunting to take on a leadership role. Please know that any and all help is so appreciated and you will not be alone. We are here to answer any questions and guide you through the process.

We are in need of families to take on the roles of Lead Volunteer Coordinator, Announcer, and Snack Shack Coordinator by Time Trials on May 11th. These are necessary roles for us to run the regular season swim meets. If you would like to take on the task with a buddy, even better! Sharing the positions is absolutely welcome.

Please find the descriptions for each position mentioned above.

In addition to the regular swim meet roles, we are also recruiting for Champs. Please find the Champs Volunteer Form as well.

It is our responsibility to our swimmers and to the Cabana League to fill these roles so that our dual meets and Champs can run, and run smoothly. Ideally, people will step into the available roles. Less ideal is if we have to assign them.
