Hello Shark Families,

We are looking forward to our Time Trials meet tomorrow! Please read the important information regarding your volunteer shift at Time Trials this Saturday, May 11. The Volunteer shifts as well as our On-Call list are attached. 

It is your family's responsibility to be at your assigned area before your shift begins on Saturday, May 11. 

If you are unable to work your shift, please contact the parents from the On-Call list and notify us via email of the needed change at: [email protected]. 

If your family is on the On-Call Volunteer List, it is our understanding that your family has a swimmer participating in Time Trials but you have not been assigned a shift yet.

All families must check in by 8:15 AM at the registration table on Saturday morning (whether you have a shift or not as we will need several volunteers to step up - We still need one more runner!).
