Hello Sharks Families,

Thank you to our families who volunteered at time trials last Saturday! Below you will find some additional information about our volunteers shifts at our first home meet against Crossgates Gators.

VOLUNTEER SIGN-IN BY 8:00AM (at the registration table on May 18)

1st Shift Timers and Recorders - Please report to your seats by 8:20am. It is your family's responsibility to be at your assigned area before your shift starts.

2^nd Shift Volunteers- Please listen for the announcements for the second shift volunteers to report to their positions. The shift change occurs after the end of butterfly.

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED

We still need volunteers for the following shifts. We are now asking families to take on multiple shifts as THERE IS NO ON-CALL LIST! Please email [email protected] if you are able to help. Otherwise, families will be assigned on Saturday morning.

• Awards (12:00 - 3:00 PM) - 2 volunteers
• Clerk of the Course 1st shift - 2 volunteers
• Clerk of the Course 2nd shift - 2 volunteers

Every family that has a swimmer at the meet has at least one shift and several families have signed up for a second shift. We thank you!! As a kind reminder, if you do not show up for your shift or leave early, your $300 volunteer check WILL BE CASHED!
