Hello Sharks Families,

Our last dual meet of 2025 is AWAY at Pinehurst Piranhas (886 Lewiston Dr., 95136). Sharing tents is encouraged as their pool deck has very limited space

This weekend (June 28), we are away at the Pinehurst Piranhas - just like last weekend, not only will there be a high point winner but there will be an improved % winner as well. Because of this, it is imperative that we don't have any swimmers missing their race(s) or simply deciding not to swim a certain stroke as an empty lane will only hurt our overall team's improved time percentage. And this weekend, your swimmer may be entered into events they normally do not swim. Any questions? Please see your coach.

• All swimmers need to arrive by 7:15 AM with warm-ups beginning at 7:45 AM & team meeting at 8:20 AM.
• If your swimmer does not check in/register by 7:45 AM, they will be scratched from the meet (& cannot swim!).
• Please be sure to check in with your Coach prior to leaving the meet!
• When competing, your swimmer should only be wearing Sharks or generic suits and caps. No suits or caps with any other club or high school team or name lettering. And please, no rash guards.
• Ice cream social after the meet (thank you to the Yoo Family!)

The timeline for this meet against the Pinehurst Piranhas is as follows:

Gates Open: 6:30 AM

Registration: 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM

** If your swimmer is not signed-in/registered by 7:45 AM, they cannot swim **

Snack Shack Will Be Open (Cash & Zelle accepted)

Warm-ups: 7:45 AM - 8:00 AM 11 & Under

Warm-ups: 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM 12 & Up

Stroke & Turn Meeting: 8:00 AM

Timers & Recorders in Chairs: 8:15 AM

Team Meeting: 8:20 AM for swimmer’s only

Piranhas Sr. Recognition: 8:30 AM

Meet Begins: 8:40 AM

Please ensure you are not blocking driveways and congratulations again to the Patel Family for winning Spot in the Lot (you'll have one car spot near their cabana entrance)! No drop-off on the corner, please, and there is plenty of parking at Terrell Elementary.

Please note that warm-ups will begin at 7:45 AM and your swimmer(s) need(s) to be registered no later than 7:45 AM as well. Please note, whatever your swimmer registers for by 7:45 AM will be the events they are swimming - they will not allow for deck seed changes. Parent relays. Remember to bring your suit. We'd love to see both a men's and women's parent relay at this meet.
