Spirit week is Monday July 7 through Friday July 11 with lots of fun activities. Younger SHARKS please come early to practice at 9am so you have the opportunity to join in the activities. Helpers are always appreciated!
Thursday morning (July 10, 8.45 - 10.30am) - Tattoos and nail painting! TODAY (July 10) is our FINAL practice of 2025 at Shadow Brook!
Friday - Watch the Superman Movie at Oakridge Mall Theater on Friday at 1.40pm
Come join your fellow swimmers to watch Superman at Oakridge Mall Theater on Friday at 1.40pm. Please purchase your own tickets and record your seat selection here rsvp movie so friends can sit by one another. Ages 14 and under require an adult chaperone to watch the movie.
