Your Swimmer's CHAMPS Attendance is now DUE!

* If you have multiple swimmers in your family, you are receiving this email as at least one of your swimmers is marked as undeclared *

If you do not indicate your swimmer's attendance (undeclared) by 5 PM Wednesday (June 10), they will be marked as scratched (not swimming) and they will not be allowed to participate at Champs on June 27. NO exceptions as Champs entry deadlines are managed by Creekside.

Please click on the green "Meet Entry" button for Champs at 2026 Sharks Attendance.

After selecting the blue "Edit" button under your swimmer's name(s), please select from the drop-down box if your swimmer(s) will or will not be attending ("Not attending this meet" or "Attending this meet"). Please be sure to click the blue "Save" button once finished.
