HELL WEEK IS BACK!
Hell Week Sign-Up Sheet 1st tab is swimmer RSVP. 2nd tab are volunteer requests.
This is a great tradition for the older swimmers that used to be the highlight of the season. During this week, practices will be challenging and push our swimmers to be the best they can be. It is also a great way to bond with fellow teammates.
We plan to have breakfast at the end of practices, as a reward to our swimmers, and to hang out as a team for the first 3 days of HELL WEEK.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Monday June 15 - Wednesday June 17
6:45 am - 8:30 am, Breakfast served following practice
Thursday June 18 & Friday June 19
Back to 7:15 am for 13 & Ups
RSVP & VOLUNTEER TODAY
In order to prepare for the Breakfasts, we are asking all swimmers who plan on attending HELL WEEK to commit to practice on Monday-Wednesday at a minimum AND sign up at the link below for planning purposes.
We are also asking for volunteers to help with breakfast set-up and preparation beginning at 7:15 am Monday - Wednesday. Volunteers can sign up on the second tab in the link below.

PAYMENT
Payment of $10/day per swimmer is encouraged to cover the cost of the breakfasts provided. Tap to pay or cash payment options.

Tuesday (June 16): Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes
Wednesday (June 17): French Toast, Sausage Links, Berries
