Dear Sharks Parents,

Attached is the volunteer list for tomorrow's meet. As you can see, there are still several unfilled shifts that are essential to running a successful swim meet. To ensure the meet can proceed, we will be asking for volunteers to step in and help fill these roles as needed.

Given our volunteer shortage, it is especially important that everyone who has signed up for a shift arrives as scheduled. Thank you for your continued commitment to supporting our Sharks swimmers and helping make our meets possible.

Please remember to check in when you arrive at the pool.
