13 & Up 6:45 - 8:15 AM
11 - 128:00 - 9:00 AM
9 - 108:45 - 9:35 AM
7 - 89:30 - 10:15 AM
6 & Under9:30 - 10:00 AM
  • Evening practices for swimmers aged 8 years or older will begin the week of June 1 (Mondays & Thursdays, 8:00 - 9:00 PM).
  • Tuesday Night Clinics will be held on June 2, 9 & 16. More information to come.
  • Tentative! A special practice schedule may be announced for 15-18 group's Hell Week.
  • A special practice schedule will be announced for the week of June 22 (Spirit Week).

    Start: 4:00 PM
    End: 5:30 PM

    Our Sharks have fun on Friday afternoons either before or after practice (or both!) doing a craft or activity together (will vary by week but include nail painting, shark tattoo application, poster making, making bracelets with beads etc).

    Team Photo Day! (Arrive by 3:45 PM)

    Please have your swimmer arrive NO LATER than 3:45 PM. Team shirts for swimmers will be distributed upon arrival.

    Buddy and individual photos will take place beginning at 3:15 PM and will resume after the team photo is taken. NO practice on Tuesday, May 19.

    Sharks meet your Buddy activity! Sharks and their buddies come and visit the "Meet Your Buddy" booth/ table together and take part in a get to know your buddy activity.
